By downloading or using Plivot ("the App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, please do not use the App.
You must be at least 13 years old (or the minimum age of digital consent in your country) to use Plivot. By using the App, you represent and warrant that you meet this requirement.
Plivot is a personal media player that connects to IPTV sources you provide. You may use the App solely for lawful, personal, non-commercial purposes. You agree not to:
Important: Plivot does not provide, host, or distribute any streaming content. All media is sourced exclusively from IPTV services you configure in the App. You are solely responsible for ensuring you have the legal right to access that content.
The App, including its design, code, and assets, is the exclusive property of Plivot. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use the App for personal purposes in accordance with these Terms.
We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue the App at any time without notice. We may also update these Terms at any time; continued use of the App after any change constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
This EULA is a legal agreement between you and Plivot regarding your use of Plivot. In addition to these terms, your use of the App is also governed by Apple's Standard End User License Agreement.
Plivot grants you a non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to install and use the App on Apple devices you own or control, subject to these Terms and the App Store Terms of Service.
You may not: rent, lease, lend, sell, or redistribute the App; copy or modify it (except as permitted by law); or use it for any commercial purpose.
The App may automatically download and install updates. These updates may be required to continue using the App and may change or remove features.
This licence is effective until terminated by you or Plivot. Your rights under this licence will terminate automatically and without notice if you fail to comply with any of its terms.
Plivot is designed with privacy in mind. We collect the minimum data necessary to operate the App and do not sell your personal information to third parties.
Plivot stores the following data locally on your device and, if iCloud is enabled, in your personal iCloud account:
The App fetches metadata (titles, posters, descriptions, ratings) from the following third-party APIs:
These requests contain only the title or ID of the content you browse; they do not include any personal information.
If you enable iCloud on your device, data described above is synced via Apple's CloudKit to your private iCloud account. Plivot has no access to this data. Apple's Privacy Policy applies.
Subscriptions are managed entirely by Apple through the App Store. We do not process or store your payment information. Apple's Privacy Policy governs all billing data.
All data is stored on your device or in your personal iCloud account. You can delete all data by removing the App from your device. To delete your iCloud data, go to Settings → [your name] → iCloud → Manage Account Storage and remove Plivot's data.
Plivot is not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13.
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will notify you of significant changes by updating the "Last updated" date at the top of this page. Continued use of the App after such changes constitutes acceptance of the new policy.
Plivot offers optional auto-renewing subscriptions ("Plivot+") that unlock access to movies, series, and the ability to save favourites:
Live TV is available to all users at no charge.
Payment is charged to your Apple ID at confirmation of purchase. Subscriptions automatically renew at the end of each billing period unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.
If a free trial is offered, unused portions of any trial period will be forfeited when you purchase a subscription.
You may cancel your subscription at any time via your device's App Store subscription settings (Settings → [your name] → Subscriptions). Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period; no refunds are provided for partial periods.
All purchases are subject to Apple's refund policy. To request a refund, please visit reportaproblem.apple.com.
Plivot is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind, express or implied. Plivot does not warrant that the App will be error-free, uninterrupted, or free of viruses or other harmful components.
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Plivot shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of or inability to use the App.
Plivot is not responsible for the content available through IPTV sources you configure, nor for any infringement of intellectual property rights resulting from your use of such sources. You use the App entirely at your own risk with respect to the legality and quality of the content you access.
These Terms are governed by the laws of France, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of France.
